Hi, I’m Camille — an Online and 121 coach based in Tunbridge Wells with over a decade of experience in health, fitness, nutrition, and mindset transformation.

My own training journey has been shaped by years of personal discipline in powerlifting and bodybuilding — two practices that taught me more than just physical strength. They became lifelines, building mental resilience, focus, and a deep understanding of how structured, progressive training can change a person from the inside out. I know firsthand what this level of training can unlock — not just physically, but emotionally — and it’s that feeling, that power, that I’m here to help others find in their own way.

That same drive is what fuels CGCoaching, where I specialise in creating bespoke, science-backed programmes tailored to real lives. Whether you're navigating a health condition like diabetes, obesity, or pregnancy, or chasing performance and physique goals, my approach is designed to help you build confidence, clarity, and control over your health — for good.

I’m often asked, “Why not counselling, or psychotherapy?” The answer is simple: I chose life coaching and personal training because they allow me to move people forward. I can offer direct, honest accountability and support that’s focused on what comes next — not just what’s behind.

Sometimes, we need someone who won’t sugar-coat things. Someone who can say, let’s get up, dust off, and keep going. I’m that person. And I’m here to walk beside you through it — with tools, strategy, and a deep belief that you’re capable of more.
