Hi, I'm Camille
My name is Camille and I am a coach within the area of Tunbridge Wells. My background stems from a love of middle distance running at a young age that got hindered due to perpetual knee injuries cutting my potential short. It was this desire to push one’s body to the limit, train hard and reap the rewards that led me down the path towards wanting to coach others. Inspired by this notion but wanting to take it down a broader route is what led me towards personal training as I do know with both a physique and aesthetic interest as well as a passion for Educational based practice that originates from the culture of Strength and Conditioning.
My Ethos
My philosophy of training is comprised of three integral components; Evidence based practice, self-development as a coach myself and finally, the ability and drive to educate an athlete to the point of self-sufficiency.
Why be a coach?
I often get asked why not study to become a counsellor, hypnotherapist or psychologist, why choose to be a life coach, and, what even is life coaching? While all of the above have their important place for mental wellbeing, they simply weren't for me. Why not? Well, because I am able to tell someone to pull their s*** together, pick themselves up and get on with it because sometimes that is exactly what we need. I chose the life coaching approach so I can help you focus on the future and set your sights ahead rather than focus on the past.
